Josie Packard returns from Hong Kong along with her ‘cousin’ Jonathan. Cooper asks Sheriff Truman for help from the Bookhouse Boys. Judge Sternwood arrives in Twin Peaks to carry out the trials of Leo Johnson and Leland Palmer. Dick Tremayne makes a Lucy an offer. Jean deals with Emory Battis. An Asian man goes after Josie and Hank Jennings.
